A dual-citizen raised in both Los Angeles, CA and London, UK; Kristos Andrews holds a record five Lead Actor Emmy® wins, as well as being an Emmy® award-winning Director, multiple Emmy® award-winning Producer, multiple Guinness® World Record holder, X Games gold medalist, and more. Kristos received a record 18 Emmy® nominations and 11 Emmy® wins by the age of 30. He has garnered most of his acclaim through his raw and 'soulful' performances in the crime-drama "The Bay" (Amazon Prime Video) , in which he plays the hometown hero, opposite love interest Karrueche Tran; highly popular for their chemistry-filled scenes together. Andrews has a remarkable range; recently cast as British bad-boy villain Adam Kenway, his performance garnered him his most recent 2021 Emmy® win for Best Lead Actor in a Limited Daytime Drama Series. Kristos' recent performances on The Bay landed him the role as the 'Big Bad' in the new Lionsgate action film, Survive The Game (co-starring Bruce Willis and Chad Michael Murray) and in theaters since October 8th. The film's director praises Kristos in a recent article, stating "Kristos Andrews is great. He was so awesome to collaborate with and he even added extra flavor to the role of Michael." It was also reported, Kristos used his athletic prowess; voluntarily performing his own stunts. In the action film arena, Kristos has also been cast as the protagonist in the upcoming action movie "Breakout" (2022) co-starring Tom Sizemore and Louis Mandylor, which films in November. Recent movies also include the Lifetime Movie Network's suspense-thriller 'The Killer in My Backyard' (2021) in which he delivered another jaw-dropping performance as the bad-boy lead male. He also stars in Showtime's "2nd Chance for Christmas" (2020) co-starring Vivica Fox and Tara Reid, Netflix's football drama "The Last Whistle" (2020) co-starring Brad Leland, and the lead role in "A Place Called Hollywood" (2019), a limited drama series, for which he received the New Vision International Film Festival Award for Best American Actor. Beyond his raw dramatic performances, Kristos was also Emmy® nominated for his performance on teen sitcom This Just In (Pop TV) , which made him the first performer on the network (Pop TV) to receive any Emmy® recognition. Kristos continues to prove he is in a league of his own. The 11x Emmy® winning actor, producer, and director often dedicates his wins to his teammates, co-stars, and family; particularly his late mother (from the UK) Catherine Andrews, whom he lost in 2017.
