Lanett Tachel is an actress, writer, and producer from Prince George's County Maryland. She received her BFA from Howard University and performed lead roles on stages from DC to the Dominican Republic before moving to Los Angeles and transitioning to acting and writing for TV and film. After consulting and later landing a role on the show BELLE's with legendary producer Ed Weinberger, Lanett found that she had a knack for creating and producing behind the camera as well as in front and she's never looked back. Behind the camera, Lanett started by producing an award winning short, SISTER SISTER SISTER followed by a series of narrative driven music videos for a Universal Recording Artist. She then went on to write and produce projects such as the Suspense/Thriller -ILLICIT (Amazon/BET 2017), I GOT THE HOOK UP 2 (2019 theatrical release) and most recently she has co-written and created the brand new sitcom, PUMP, which will release in 2020. In front of the camera, you can see her in the leading role of KHAIA on SYFY's Suspense Movie, SURROUNDED and in LIFETIME'S 'PSYCHO BROTHER IN LAW' as DETECTIVE TORRES. Lanett's next roles highlighted her comedic chop. She starred as the wisecracking best friend in ILLICIT alongside Vivica Fox and Dean Cain as well as the comedic character, SHENITA in 'THE FAUX SHOW' alongside Tiffany Haddish, Kim Coles and Erika Alexander. Her follow up role saw her change genres again as a lead in the James Cullen Bressack produced horror film, 'FOR JENNIFER. (2019) In 2020, Lanett Co- created and Starred in the raved about, comedic television series set in a gym, PUMP. Lanett starred alongside Michael Jai White, Ray J, Jennifer Freeman and an exciting ensemble cast. She credits this show for giving her the most creative freedom as both an actress and a writer and is excited to share it with the world. Most recently, Lanett has wrapped production on 2021 Sci Fi Feature Film, ATHENA, which will premiere and 2021 and promises to take the audience on an unexpected journey.. Lanette was born in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley on August 9th. She is primarily Northern European. Her roots in America go back to Jamestown Virginia, an American Legacy since 1623. Fugit is an old English name, the first Fugit was born in 1689 in England. Her father, Larry, is of English, Scottish, Welsh, Manx, Irish, French, Dutch, German descent and some Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and American Indian. Her mother, Linda, is of French, Swedish, German and Irish descent. She is the youngest of six children. Her education is in Theater and Business at the SLC College in Utah and SMU Dallas, Texas. She has lived in Los Ageles, Hawaii, New York, Utah, Texas, Nevada, and traveled to Canada, Mexico, The Virgan Islands and Aruba. She studied ballet and karate at a very young age and continued to take dance through out high school years along with sports and singing, she also enjoys music. Lanette was also Ms. Hawaiian Tropic of Utah. She began her modeling career as a youth and is now a working actress and model. Booked in Film, Commercial, Print Modeling and most seriously in Acting. Lanette got her acting start in Theater at the SLC College. Lanette is a series regular on The Wedding Planners, a Lifetime Member of the Actors Studio, NY/LA, born and raised on the Upper East Side of New York City and hired for her first commercial at age three. She began studying piano at age six and violin at age thirteen. Although a music major at The Fiorello LaGuardia High School of Music and Art, NY, it was during her drama courses at Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY and London, UK, that she would discover her passion for classical literature and theater. Upon graduating with a BA in Drama, she launched her acting career which resulted in a variety of co-star, starring, guest star and featured roles in television theater and film. Lanette co-wrote and starred in a mockumentary short which screened in over ten film houses within New York and Los Angeles, has disc jockeyed at 1340 WNHC New Haven, CT, supports Create Now!, LA, a mentoring program designed to aid disadvantaged youth through the arts and helped develop the leading role in playwright John Henry Redwood's (The Old Settler) final theatrical work: "An 'Ole Soul, A Young Spirit", at The New Harmony Project in New Harmony, IN. Lanette is Executive Producer in pre-production on an original YA drama she's created for the small screen and a multicultural animated series she's developing for the preschool market. Laney Bojorquez was born on May 25, 2008 as Delaney Jaye Bojorquez in Orange County, California, USA. Laney is a dancer who is best recognized for being a part of the popular crew The Crazy 8's who competed on the third season of the competition series World of Dance. She first started her training at the Orange County Performing Arts Academy and YLAB. She started sharing her dance driven content through Instagram in August of 2017. She gained further attention in January of 2019 when she announced she was going to be competing on World of Dance.
